ERMProtect is an online Security Awareness Training platform. ERMProtect arms employees with tools and training to protect themselves and their organizations from cyberattacks. ERMProtect - Bridge Learn Platform Maintain the Bridge Platform Evaluate new Bridge Learn features ERMProtect - Content Management Upload content into the Bridge Learn Platform Complete content quality assurance of uploaded content Convert content to SCORM packages as required Upload new content on law firm s platform on a monthly basis ERMProtect - Direct End Client Implementation Support Complete trial implementation coordinate with client, set up account, set up content access, monitor progress, manage trial end date Complete client implementation coordinate with client, set up account, set up content access, train client administrator, train client users, monitor progress Monitor email and voicemail for client requests and questions Respond to client within 2 working hours to resolve request or question ERMProtect - Channel Partner Implementation Support Complete channel partner technical implementation Send channel partner monthly update regarding new content Monitor email and voicemail for channel partner requests and questions Respond to channel partner within 2 working hours to resolve request or question ERMProtect - Client Tracker Maintain client tracker Provide Sales Executives client summary information ERMProtect - Client Newsletter Draft monthly newsletter new content, features, functionality Requirements Experience managing cloud-based Learning Management System or related platform Experience managing Canvas or Bridge by Instructure a plus Experience with programming APIs (e.g., Python, Javascript) Experience developing SCORM packages (e.g., Adobe Captivate) Experience implementing cloud-based platform for clients Experience providing customer service to clients Ability to create and maintain support documentation for standard operating procedures Ambitious with a sense of urgency, self-starter, driven, team player, and ethical Good communication and people skills Fluent in English Spanish a plus Based in Corporate Headquarters in Coral Gables, Florida
